I first spoke with Dennis in February of this year. After many back and forth conversations, he finally pulled the trigger!
He put his down payment and started making payments for his land – and then… he saw another set of parcels he liked!
With the new parcels coming into our inventory, he saw another one and fell in love with it! It was a beautiful piece of land in Mohave County with mountain views! Who wouldn’t love that?
With our Land Exchange Program, he was able to roll all of his previous payments to the new parcel!
He made one small, final payment and he now owns the land outright!
